Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Old Alleynian Golfing Society, to be held on Thursday 16 December 2021, at Wildernesse Golf Club, Sevenoaks, no earlier than 12 noon, to consider the following.
- Reports of the Officers
– Captain
– Secretary
– Treasurer (to include the accounts to 30 September 2021)
– Halford Hewitt Manager
- Fixture List for 2022
- To elect, by ordinary resolution, each of the following members as Committee Members.
- Chair from 1 May 2022 – Nick Donald
- Secretary – Duncan Anderson
- Treasurer – Steve Bonner
- Captain – Nick Donald until 30 April 2022, then Chris Smith from 1 May 2022
- Vice Captain – Chris Smith
- Ordinary member – Roger Kelly (Halford Hewitt Manager)
- Ordinary member – Peter Foord
- Ordinary member – David Rutnam
- To adopt, by ordinary resolution, the Rules of the Old Alleynian Golfing Society, dated 16 December 2021.
