This was to be our rearranged triangular 8-a-side match against Loretto and Sedbergh. Due to the new Covid Tier 2 restrictions Loretto were unable to field  a side and so we took on Sedbergh in a 5-a-side match.

With a convoluted scoring system Sedbergh won 3 matches but lost on  the overall number of holes up – so the result was declared an honourable draw! Despite Covid, New Zealand made us feel very welcome and lunch was a sumptuous affair. A few of us managed  to run it off over 13 holes  before the last light  of British Summer Time drew us  to a close.
