Wonderful weather last week at Worplesdon (24-26 June) saw Dulwich  progress to Saturday, albeit in the Plate where we reached the semi-finals

Scratch foursomes for over 50’s, we were well beaten by a strong Wellingborough side in the first round on Thursday but following two good wins on the Friday against Framlingham (2.5-0.5) and our London rivals, St Pauls (2.5-0.5), we found ourselves up against Eastbourne in the semi-final of the Plate. The game went to the final match where alas after a heroic effort we lost on the 17th and overall 1-2.

Great camaraderie and some fine moments on the golf course wonderfully organised by Peter Foord, the OA team was:

Scottish schools completed a clean sweep with Edinburgh Academy winning the main competition and Watsons winning the Plate
